A drainage fix, a building pad, a gravel parking pad, and the demolition of a fire-damaged home. Marked out, dug, backfilled, and hauled off - the in-progress shots are included because they show how the work is done.

Building Pad - After
Rebuilt in 12-inch compacted lifts and fine graded - a flat pad that met the geotechnical requirements and cleared the way to start construction on a modular home in Ivins.
Parking Pad - Before
Five truckloads of boulders hauled off and the dirt prepped and graded smooth, ready for rock.

3/4-inch black rock laid and compacted. One day on site, start to finish.
French Drain - Before
Resident had standing water problem in the backyard that left bad marks on the fence anytime it rained. Used a laser to measure the drop from the backyard to the street and scoped out the best path to tunnel underground.

Project completed in just under 2 days. Laid over 150 feet of pipe with enough drop to ensure proper drainage to the street. Backfilled and regraded to resident's satisfaction.
Fire-damaged double wide - before
A double wide lost to fire, with occupied homes a few feet away on both sides. Before anything came down: asbestos testing, permits pulled, and utilities disconnected.

Structure demolished and hauled to a licensed landfill, four burnt trees removed, and the lot graded shovel ready.
