A building pad ready for a modular home.
For this Ivins project, we stripped and hauled off organic material, excavated and reworked the site soils, then rebuilt the pad in 12-inch compacted lifts. Fine grading left a flat pad that met the geotechnical requirements and cleared the way for construction.
