Yes. We focus on excavation, site prep, demolition, drainage, cleanup, and GC support, but our team can also look at custom or unusual construction requests. If you are not sure whether it fits, just ask.

Do you provide a written agreement or contract?
Yes. Written agreements can be provided so the work, expectations, and plan are clear before work begins.
What areas do you serve?
Down South Construction serves St. George, Cedar City, Kanab, Beaver, and surrounding Southern Utah communities. We also work in nearby Arizona communities such as Beaverdam, Littlefield, and Fredonia, along with St. George neighborhoods such as Little Valley, Desert Color, Washington Fields, Bloomington Hills, SunRiver, and Entrada.
