Down South Construction is a licensed and insured general contractor based in St. George. Korbin Vogler manages the jobsite and the crew. Jared Tesch takes your call, writes the bid, and coordinates the subcontractors, then works the job alongside the crew. The person who quoted your project is the person on your property.
We work across Southern Utah, including St. George, Washington, Hurricane, Santa Clara, Ivins, Cedar City, Kanab, and Beaver. We also serve nearby Arizona communities including Beaverdam, Littlefield, and Fredonia.
Most of our work starts with a problem on the ground: water running the wrong way, a pad that must be ready before the framers show up, or a structure that needs demolition and a lot that needs to be left clean. We handle excavation, grading, trenching, French drains, demolition, land clearing, site prep, hauling, and cleanup for homeowners, builders, and small-to-mid commercial jobs.
